"We loved the site and the whole concept of The Point at Moss Creek with the layout and the share of the forever wild area. Proximity to Saratoga Springs and the views were also important. We were excited about working with Mike Phinney and Alec regarding the design and the way the homes are sited on the property. Also, I had complete faith in their ability to spend our money wisely and supervise construction as we were out of town for the majority of the actual construction.
We think that SAS Builders LLC, the site and surrounding homes are all top notch and unique. We have not seen a neighborhood as well done anywhere. Everything from the layout of the road to the way the homes are sited and the natural features make this a very attractive place to live."
