Raised in Saratoga Springs, a graduate of Skidmore College, Alec Stephens is grounded in the culture and charm of the Adirondacks. He started his building education while in high school working for one the largest builders in the Tri-cities. After college he worked for the area’s acknowledged premiere custom builder and then worked as a framer of high end custom homes. His background has enabled him to combine his experience and interests into following his pursuit of building communities that reflect the heritage and history of this area. Classic designs using modern materials and techniques are part of this heritage.

He is devoted to land development and building homes that reflect the lifestyles of his clients. His projects cover a wide spectrum of style, size and architecture. The organization is able to utilize a multitude of skills and bring that talent to bear on a particular project.
